Function Description

Container Compression Tester is the most direct test equipment for testing carton and other packing containers’ compression strength to determine stress tolerance and also can do continuous pressure and stacking test,whose result can be regarded as an important basis of stacking height of finished container and important reference for designing;It can execute national and international standards,which is an ideal test and research equipment for factory and enterprise,national defense and military industry,technical supervision department,commodity inspection authority,research institution,university and college.

Feature

1. structure is made of aluminum extrusion closure plate processed by advanced baking varnish;equipped with gapless twin screw and upright guide post with high accuracy and low resistance,which improve loading efficiency and its rigidity.

2. Control system adopts digital AC server to control AC motor with high response frequency,which ensure transmission system with high efficiency,stable transmission,low noise,speed accuracy within±0.2%.

3. Master control is digital display,which can settle all parameters and control operation status.

4. Stable and reliable properties,highly accurate measurement,powerful function and easy operation.
