• The power supply is composed of IGBT fast switch, high frequency transformer and fast semiconductor.
• The control part adopts 32 bits high-speed single chip computer and large-scale FPGA circuit, which has fast response speed.
• Parameter settings can be quickly set by keystrokes
• Rich interface configuration, isolated RS232, RS485 interface and perfect command system, multiple baud rate or address selection, can easily achieve a RS485 port to control multiple power supply. The speed can reach 115200 bps.
• It has fixed power function (selection) and internal resistance simulation function (selection).With True Watt Measurement Function
• Set data memory, automatic memory before shutdown.
• It provides Ramp up and Ramp down functions.
• Five groups of test groups can be set up on a single machine. Each group can set up 35 different test points (different voltage0~800V,current0~1000A, time 0.1S~999.9Hand can do (0~999999) cycle test.
• Full Digital Design, 12Bit A/D and D/A Settings and Reading Resolution
• The remote voltage compensation can reach 5V, and the output is completely isolated from the municipal power supply.
• Real-time acquisition of power semiconductor temperature and intelligent heat dissipation design
