HD-6159E instrument is suitable for testing the service life of wires and planes with a certain degree of taper rotation, and simulating the service life of the tested products under certain load and load conditions. The instrument has built-in low-voltage and high-current load, which can be externally connected with a momentary break test products.The instrument can tests the product for a momentary break.

Technical Parameters:

• 1. Control mode: servo motor + PLC + touch screen.
• 2.3 group fixture stations: independent servo control for each group of fixtures.
• 3. Cone test angle: 0-- 3600 degrees (when the speed is 5---60r/m is arbitrarily set).
• 4. Speed setting: 2~60 r/m can be set arbitrarily (the condition of 3.4 is required when the test angle is lower than 360 degrees).
• 5. Number of tests: 0~999999 (each station is independently preset).
• 6. Test angle adjustment: 45° or natural vertical (horizontal) test two adjustable (manual conversion by mechanical structure)
• 7. The four stations can be started at the same time or they can be started separately.
• 8. Independent test output voltage adjustable voltage 5---20V and load current 0.5--20A can be set arbitrarily in each station load test.
• 9. Test mode: load, no load, instantaneous setting arbitrary (each station is set independently).
• 10. This machine is equipped with the instantaneous signal stop function of the external momentary break test equipment NM-11B. (The equipment is provided by the customer)
• 11. Power supply: AC 220V ± 10%, 50Hz, 60A.
• 12. Ambient temperature: 0~40 °C.
• 13. Ambient humidity: ≤ 85%.
