CCT composite cycle corrosion test chamber can be traditional salt spray, dry and wet alternating mixed salt spray test and most of the automotive cycle corrosion test.

Product features.

1. The box is a comprehensive anti-corrosion structure, using multi-layer glass fiber polyester resin box, corrosion-resistant materials.

2. Touch screen programmable controller, can be operated in English and Chinese, data acquisition

3. Specific nozzles can evenly drop the solution to spray on the specimen, and the solution flow rate can be adjusted by itself.

4. Nozzles are mounted on a separate module, which can be easily removed when the atomization function is enabled

5. Large spraying solution area, high flow rate, and shorter spraying time than the salt spray function under the atomization solution.

6. Spray on/off time can be programmed directly for better corrosion control

7. Standard test sample holder is provided to accommodate flat samples, and for oversized and overweight 3D samples (e.g. automotive wheel perseverance, engine parts, etc.), a grill kit with equal height of the holder can be used, and the box structure is robust to distribute the load evenly.
